招聘要求：
规划师多名：
1. 城市规划、建筑学及相关专业本科以上学历；
2. 年龄35周岁以下，三年以上设计工作经验；
3. 具有较强的专业技术能力和项目管理能力。
助理设计师多名：
1. 城市规划、建筑学及相关专业本科以上学历；
2. 年龄30周岁以下；
3. 具有较好的专业基础和专业学习能力。
设计助理三名：
1. 城市规划及相近专业专科以上学历；
2. 能吃苦，工作态度认真踏实；
3. 熟练掌握AutoCAD、Photoshop、3DMax等软件及制图技巧。
热能与动力：
1. 热能与动力工程专业本科以上学历，男性；
2. 愿意从事城市工程规划与设计工作，可在本单位长期稳定工作；
3. 身体健康，充满活力，有责任心、积极主动、具有良好合作精神。

作为一个全新的规划设计单位，本院十多年来，以和谐专业团队为立院之基，以尊重与发挥个人价值构筑团队文化；通过不断改进管理制度，强化服务意识，持续提高整体能力，营造一个具有雄厚的专业人才储备和多学科研究设计能力的规划队伍。
多年来，我院承担了深圳市以及全国各地1000多项重大规划设计项目和研究课题，专业技术涵盖经济地理、城市规划、城市设计、城市经济、环境保护、交通规划、市政工程等多种学科。业务范围从项目早期策划到实施政策设计、工程设计，提供多样化的规划技术服务，突出以改革思维和综合研究拓展新的规划类型及组织实施跟踪咨询。
本院先后有50多个项目获得国家、部、省、市专业奖；还有200多篇学术论文在公开刊物上发表，其中有近10篇论文获得国家、省、市优秀论文奖。特别是我院1996年编制完成的“深圳城市总体规划（1996-2010）” 荣获UIA“阿伯克隆比荣誉提名奖”（亚洲第一个）及国家级优秀勘察设计金奖（中国第一个）；《深圳市城市总体规划检讨与近期建设规划》获2003年度部优一等奖。

Requirements:
Urban planner: the candidates should:
1. hold bachelor degree in urban planning or relevant major subjects such as
architecture, urban design, or landscape architecture;
2. have minimum 2-3 years' experience in urban planning fields；
3. have stronger professional technique ability and the ability of
project management；
4. be under 35 years old;
5. have fluent English/Chinese speaking, writing and reading skills.
Assistant designer should:
1. hold bachelor degree in urban planning or relevant majors subjects such as
architecture, urban design, or landscape architecture;
2. be under 30 years old;
3. have good professional foundation and be capable of learning;
4. have fluent English/Chinese speaking, writing and reading skills.
Assistants should:
1. have college degree in Architecture or Planning;
2. responsible and good working attitude;
3. be skillful at AUTOCAD, PHOTOSHOP, 3DMAX, etc.

Infrastructure Engineer should:
1. hold bachelor degree in Heat Supply & Ventilation or Fuel Supply Engineering
2. responsible and good working attitude;
3. have good professional foundation and be capable of learning
4. have fluent English/Chinese speaking, writing and reading skills.
The students of year 4 or 5 (final year) in urban planning or architecture who are willing to take pre-professional practice are very welcomed.
